The Culinary Services Director is responsible for the overall operation of the Dining and Food Services Department, meeting or exceeding the Dining Services standards.
Two-year Culinary Arts degree or Certified Dietary Manager course completion.
LICENSURE / CERTIFICATION
Washington State Food Handler’s Permit.
SOFTWARE / EQUIPMENT KNOWLEDGE
Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite.
